The Special Projects Department supports the operational teams in the field and is responsible for managing projects with significant operational complexity. This includes work on Vestas turbines and multi-brand projects, such as the execution of main component replacements and blade repairs or replacements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the local field operations team.
- Ensure optimized operation of customer assets, focusing on Quality, HSE, and performance.
- Deliver operational performance aligned with forecast and planning.
- Provide strategic guidance to field management and ensure team commitment.
- Build strong customer relationships, addressing critical issues with transparency.
- Support the Service Director in developing area strategy.
- Develop budgets and programs to increase profitability.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a project manager within Operations / Service.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
