In this role, you won't just close deals—you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients and the strategic driving force behind our market growth.

Your Mission

To hit and exceed sales revenue goals while maximizing business profitability. You will lead the entire end-to-end consultative sales cycle (from smart prospecting to final closing) and serve as the critical bridge between our clients and operational teams to guarantee flawless project delivery.

- Commercial Strategy: Master the full B2B sales cycle, analyze market trends, and keep an eye on competitors to capture top-tier business opportunities.
- CRM & Tech Management: Manage customer lifecycles smoothly using our CRM, driving quotes and contracts with agility.
- Operational Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure every project is delivered on time and within scope.
- Networking & PR:



Serve as our brand ambassador by actively participating in major national and international trade shows and expos. Your professional image will reflect our commitment to excellence!
- Field Presence: Hit the road for regular site visits with current and prospective clients to understand their needs straight from the source.

- Proven track record in B2B consultative sales (experience in livestock, agriculture, or the food industry is a huge plus).
- Natural-born negotiator with strong skills in technical needs analysis and key account closing.
- Results-driven mindset, resilience, and a true passion for customer success.
- Comfortable working with modern sales tech and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel and proudly represent our brand at industry events.
