- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s,



master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Real‑world coding experience, technical writing in Italian, or open‑source contributions.
- Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.
- Fluency in Italian.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $8–$65 per hour, determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor you will supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
