VP of Commercial, Caribbean & Latin America – will lead the overall commercial strategy across the Caribbean & Latin America region, driving topline performance, market positioning, revenue generation, sales effectiveness, distribution strategy, brand alignment and overall commercial execution for the portfolio.
This role will provide strategic leadership and operational direction across all commercial disciplines, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital Strategy, Public Relations and Business Development support, while partnering closely with Operations, Ownership Groups and Corporate Leadership.

scope and organizational structure associated with this role may evolve over time based on the experience, seniority and strategic value of the selected candidate.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position requires the ability to perform the following essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lead and oversee the regional commercial strategy for all CALA properties and projects.
• Drive topline revenue growth through effective sales, revenue management, marketing and distribution strategies.
• Partner with property leadership teams to establish and execute commercial goals, budgets and performance plans.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Distribution and Brand Positioning initiatives.
