Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of AI professionals in developing and implementing AI solutions using Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques.
- Develop and manage the AI product roadmap, aligning it with the organization's overall technology strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of AI models into products and services.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Manage the development and implementation of AI models,



ensuring they meet business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Hire, train, and mentor AI professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors and research institutions to leverage their expertise and capabilities.
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with legal, ethical, and security standards.

Knowledge & Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field with a focus on deploying AI enabled products.
- 5+ years of experience in AI development, including expertise in Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques.
- 3+ years of experience managing technical teams, with a track record of success leading cross-functional projects.
