Position Overview:
As part of the talented General Advanced Manufacturing Technology team,



you will be responsible for leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience. This role applies DMAIC, Lean tools, and data analytics to drive measurable performance gains across operations and supporting functions. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will focus on leading well-scoped improvement projects, facilitating kaizen events, standardizing best practices, and building problem-solving capability within teams—under guidance of senior CI leadership when needed.

Project Leadership (DMAIC / Lean)
- Lead well-defined, cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC to reduce variation, defects, waste, and cycle time.
- Define project charters, problem statements, goals, scope, benefits, timelines, risks, and stakeholder plans.
