About the role
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for leading warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure world-class service levels, cost efficiency, material availability, and inventory accuracy across the supply chain. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives,



warehouse automation projects, inventory optimization strategies, and transportation management while partnering with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading warehouse, receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations across multiple facilities and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Driving cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service levels, operational flexibility, and inventory accuracy
- Developing and implementing warehouse automation, RFID, barcode, traceability, and material flow technologies with a strong focus on return on investment (ROI)
- Managing inventory control processes, including physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, inventory adjustments, and root cause analysis
- Collaborating with Production, Procurement, Quality
