Job Description

Job Objective

Supervise production during the assigned shift and coordinate technical support for customers, ensuring product quality, compliance with standards, and customer satisfaction.

Main Functions

- Address customer complaints and technical claims.




- Plan follow-up visits to monitor product performance.
- Represent the company in technical support activities with customers.
- Advise on troubleshooting production issues.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
- Supervise and follow up on action plans.
- Coordinate testing of new products.
