Texa-Rica is hiring for Hecho Trading Mexico who is looking for a Factory Liaison & Operations Coordinator.

This role is all about being the glue between our team and our manufacturing partners, anticipating needs before they arise, spotting what others might miss, and ensuring smooth, timely operations.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Research & Outreach

- Research and identify potential manufacturers, with a focus on artisanal and craftsmanship-based factories.
- Conduct outreach to establish relationships, overcoming communication challenges to ensure responsiveness.
- Maintain and update a supplier database, tracking capabilities, reliability, and offerings.

Order Management Support

- Track orders, update progress, and communicate timelines clearly with factories.
- Support production schedules and shipment coordination.

Documentation & Process Support

- Develop and maintain outreach templates and follow-up communication.




- Assist with exportation paperwork and compliance documentation.
- Organize and safeguard internal records, including contracts and product specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for factories, addressing issues and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Ensure production quality standards are met and aligned with company expectations.

Operational Support

- Support day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics tracking, and team communication.
- Monitor product quality, ensuring details in design, materials, and production are never overlooked.
