Description

- Application of strong ability in CAD applications – NX and/or CATIA V5
- Open and regular communication with North America Door Systems Engineering teams, including Troy MI leadership and team and ITC based team members, Bengaluru, India
- Engage in communication with customer Engineering representing Inteva positively
- Ensure consistent application of bookshelf solutions aligned with Centers of Expertise product strategies.
- Proactively support Design and Engineering teams with execution of new projects and implementing product design changes.
- Consider and incorporate Engineering and Manufacturing criteria in new concepts and product changes.
- Create new product ideas and concepts and contribute extensively to advance development projects.

Position Requirements

- Experience in Door System product design: Door Hardware Modules, Window Regulators, Handles
- Experience in both UG/NX and Catia V5 preferred (minimum 1 year experience in at least one).
- Experience in use of Team center Engineering PDM Application.
- Demonstrated self-starting/motivated attitude to responsibilities, willingness to take stretch assignments
- Knowledge of GD&T; with the ability to apply to components and assemblies.
- Experience in assisting Product Engineers in problem solving, test and validation
- Knowledge of Injection Molding, Stamping and Roll Forming principles.




- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple complex tasks.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Creative Problem Solving Skills & Self Starting.
