We are looking for a Cost Specialist to optimize financial efficiency through cost control and analysis, ensuring company profitability through accurate execution of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Cost analysis and management, including accounts receivable.
Monthly financial close with a focus on inventory and costs.
Support the Controllership team with inventory, cost, revaluation, and annual plan reports.
Product costing and transfer pricing determination.
Cost analysis for new products in coordination with Engineering.
Evaluation of manufacturing process costs and proposal of cost-reduction initiatives.
Inventory administration and control, including cost variance analysis.




Cost allocation and analysis for corporate reporting and variance explanations.

Customer account management and issuance of account statements.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Cost Accounting.
Experience in the manufacturing sector (maquiladora experience preferred).
Understanding of accounting principles (MX GAAP and US GAAP).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP and Oracle preferred) and spreadsheets.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Ability to build financial models and manage projects and costs.

Knowledge of basic economic principles.
