We are looking for a Planning Lead who can drive planning discipline, lead cross-functional alignment, and ensure reliable execution across demand, supply, and materials.This is a hybrid role that combines team leadership, decision-making, and hands-on execution, playing a key role in stabilizing and scaling our planning processes. The position will be critical in enabling visibility, improving inventory performance, and supporting the company’s expansion.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the end-to-end planning process, including demand, supply, and materials planning.Manage and develop the Planning team (Supply Planner and Materials Planner), ensuring clear priorities and execution.Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process, aligning Commercial, Operations,



and Supply Chain.Ensure product availability and material readiness while maintaining healthy inventory levels.Participate in operational execution when needed, supporting supply and materials planning decisions.Identify risks related to supply, inventory, or capacity, and define mitigation plans.Establish and monitor key planning KPIs such as service level, inventory health, and plan adherence.Drive improvements in planning processes, tools, and data visibility.Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution.Provide visibility to leadership on supply chain performance, risks, and planning scenarios.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience in supply chain planning (materials, production,
