Job Description

- Define the ERP solution (SPRINT/GLOBE/NPG/CMC, etc.) together with the corresponding business process owner.
- Ensure the implementation of the SAP solution at the sites.
- Ensure the maintenance and support of already implemented sites.

Job Requirements

- Experience in SAP Basis administration (ideally in large and complex ERP environments).
- Knowledge of the components and architecture of SAP ECC, BW, and BO systems.
- Experience managing users/authorizations and technical configurations within SAP.
- Proficiency in system monitoring, job scheduling, and performance analysis tools.
- Experience deploying SAP GUI, patching clients and servers, and automated deployment tools is a plus.
- Ability to provide technical support at multiple levels (L1/L2/L3).

- User and Authorization Management: Manage users and authorizations across all SAP systems (ECC, BW, BO, GTS, Fiori) in the SAP ERP environment, ensuring compliance with internal controls and security policies.
- Configuration Management: Perform technical configuration tasks, transports, and maintain system documentation to ensure consistent environments across project and production platforms.
- Technical Monitoring: Monitor SAP and BusinessObjects platforms at a technical level (including performance, background jobs, interfaces, etc.) to proactively detect and resolve any issues.
- System Configuration: Perform technical configurations such as printer configuration, ALE configuration,



job scheduling, etc.
- Technical Support: Provide Level 1/2/3 support for SAP technical incidents, working in both project and maintenance modes, and act as an escalation point for complex problems.
- Local IT Support: Act as the primary technical contact for local IT teams, providing guidance and expertise on SAP infrastructure and incident resolution.
- Deployments and Upgrades: Prepare and automate SAP GUI deployments for end-user workstations for each new release, coordinating with IT and end-users.
- Archiving: Define, implement, and periodically review technical data archiving strategies to ensure system performance and regulatory compliance.
- Performance Analysis: Investigate and resolve technical performance issues, collaborating with SAP functional analysts and infrastruct
