Job Summary**
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies aligned with Jabil's general talent acquisition objectives and local market dynamics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters within the assigned region, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key and leadership positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on regional recruitment performance to leadership.
- Champion Jabil's employer brand within the region, participating in career fairs, industry events, and leveraging social media to attract diverse talent.
- Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and national employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service.




- Contribute to global talent acquisition projects and initiatives, sharing best practices and insights from the region.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment across multiple locations or a significant geographical region.
- Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring diverse talent for various roles, including technical, professional, and leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and employer branding strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the assigned region.
- Ability to travel regionally as required.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
