**Your profile**:
- Overall responsibility for the leadership and economic development of the subsidiary
- Further development and optimization of organizational structures and business processes
- Expansion of the sales organization and systematic development of new market opportunities in accordance with our sales strategy and sales forces
- Development and implementation of a sustainable growth strategy for the Mexican market
- Budget, investment und planning responsibility
- Building and further developing the organizational structure
- Responsibility for compliance with and further development of the quality management system in accordance with ISO ****
- Leading, developing, and motivating employees
- Close cooperation with the headquarters in Germany as well as regular reporting to HQ management
- Representing the company to customers, suppliers, authorities, and industry associations
**Your responsibilities**:
- Completed commercial training,



preferably supplemented by a degree in business administration or a technical field
- Several years of sales experience in the paint or coatings industry
- Solid technical knowledge in industrial coatings and coating technology
- Comprehensive industry knowledge in the field of coating systems
- Several years of leadership experience
- Experience in building and further developing organizations and business processes
- Knowledge of quality management according to ISO ****
- Strong intercultural competence as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Business-fluent Spanish and English skills, German skills are an advantage
