Job Description

Provide theoretical/practical training to administrative and technical personnel based on what
is established by the civil aviation authority, aeronautical authorities and manufacturers, in the
quality system, as well as management of the documentation generated for training purposes
and assess the efficiency of the training and competencies of the technical staff to increase the
scope of the personnel.

Job Requirements

Aeronautical Engineer and/or licence clas II Engines
Management of administrative and office software
Knowledge of technical information and standard tools
Knowledge of the aeronautical sector, preferably in the engine area

Provide support during internal and external audits.
Follow-up on the status of the competencies of the operational and administrative personnel with the quality área.
Scheduling and securing facilities for mandatory courses required by the civil aviation authority and aeronautical authorities.
Follow-up and development of On Job Training.
Development of courses and study programs.
Evaluation of theoretical and practical knowledge.




Maintain the training courses updated considering the changes or technical modifications that are informed by the technical publications area.
Evaluation of the technical competencies of the personnel to obtain new scopes.
Promotes participation and monitoring of actions in QRQC as well as HSE, 5S's and IGP's audits.
Generates reports and KPI's of progress and compliance with the training plan reported to the DG.
