Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and leading a team of maintenance professionals focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team.

Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.

Coordinate emergency repairs while minimizing production downtime.

Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs such as:

Equipment uptime

Downtime

MTBF

MTTR

Preventive maintenance compliance

Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments.

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Support installation, commissioning, and improvement of manufacturing equipment.

Manage outside contractors when required.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Qualifications

Required





Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.

Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).

Preferred

Automotive manufacturing experience.

Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

Experience with CMMS software.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949.
