We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical/Instrument) to oversee the electrical and instrumentation maintenance teams. You will ensure smooth operations, manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve issues.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (preferred).
- Experience: At least 8 years in electrical/instrumentation maintenance, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance management.
- Language: Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Location: Willing to relocate to Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia.
- Iqama: Valid Iqama is preferred.
