Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Intake Specialist to support our client intake operations in Guadalajara. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide prospective clients through a structured intake process.

The position focuses on evaluating potential clients, gathering accurate information, and coordinating consultations with attorneys or specialists.

Important: This is a fully on-site role in Guadalajara.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound calls, messages, and inquiries from prospective clients
- Conduct structured intake conversations to gather relevant client information
- Evaluate and qualify prospects based on service criteria
- Schedule consultations with attorneys and confirm appointment details
- Maintain accurate client records and notes in the CRM or case management system
- Follow up with prospective clients and confirm appointments
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
- Coordinate with internal teams to support efficient intake operations

Requirements

- Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken
- Spanish proficiency, written and spoken
- Experience in intake,



appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Experience working with CRM or case management systems
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco

Preferred Experience

- Legal intake or law firm experience
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
- Background in appointment setting or client services
