We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll act as a trusted talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while strengthening our employer brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and specialized positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other innovative channels to build strong talent pipelines.
- Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates through active sourcing and relationship building.
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, student organizations, and professional associations to strengthen early talent initiatives and employer visibility.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities to attract high-quality talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining proactive communication and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.




- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights, and recommend effective hiring strategies.
- Educate and coach hiring managers on best recruitment practices, interviewing techniques, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring principles.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and leverage data to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent attraction initiatives and workforce planning.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience recruiting for professional and specialized roles.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, operations, or corporate functions.
- Experience with university relations and employer branding initiatives.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or other ATS platforms.
