The Jr. Analyst, Accounts Payable main functions record and process Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies and Local Requirements; Support on information requested by Internal and External Auditors. Support on information requested by the team.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive and record Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies
2. Review the authorization to the service/products in accordance with the Corporate/Local Matrix.
3. Support on requested information with internal and external auditors and SOX requirements.
4. Follow up on Service Partnership agreements.

Requirements:

Skills:

- Desired ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel and Word)
- Communication skills
- Flexibility to function under varied timeframes and adapt as the external environment and organization evolve

Languages:

- Basic to medium level of English

Experience:

- Desire experience in Accounts Payable.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related work experience.
