We are seeking a proactive Oracle Fusion ERP daily supporting Engineer to join our IT team at the Mexicali manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Oracle Fusion ERP system. You will act as a bridge between business operations and IT, ensuring the stability and efficiency of core modules, with the training and support from the HQ IT team. System Operations & Maintenance: Proactively monitor, maintain, and simply troubleshoot the Oracle Fusion/or EBS system to ensure high availability, performance, and stability. End-User Support: Provide operational support for core ERP modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning, resolving daily basic operational issues promptly. Have insight into plant operations, leverage business logic to translate factory requirements to HQ IT for system solutions, driving process improvements and iterations. Collaboration & Training: Partner with cross-functional teams (Production,



Sales, Procurement, and Finance) to deliver regular training sessions, empowering internal teams and enhancing ERP operational capability. Documentation & Standardization: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date O&M; documentation, summarizing recurring issues to the HQ IT team. Experience: Minimum 2 years of in-house ERP experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS system. Hands-on supporting experience in Oracle Fusion/or EBS core SCM modules: Order Management, Inventory, Planning, and Manufacturing. Simply demonstrated ability in Fusion system configuration and troubleshooting for local business uses. Proven track record of successfully delivering at least one Oracle ERP implementation project, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing operational support role. English proficiency for daily communication.
