Job Title: Regional Key Account Manager Location: Puebla, Mexico (Local candidates or willing to relocate) Fluent English & Spanish（Chinese is a Plus） Sales Target Achievement : Responsible for the sell-in/sell-out performance and market share growth of key retail accounts (e.g., Coppel, Elektra, Liverpool, or local carrier POS) within the Puebla region. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with regional buyers, store managers,



and key decision-makers of retail clients. Retail Execution & Visual Merchandising: Ensure high-quality brand presence in stores, including premium table display, POSM distribution, and proper execution of promotional activities. Promoter Team Management : Supervise, train, and motivate the local promoter team to improve sales efficiency and service quality. Collect and analyze regional market trends, competitor movements, and pricing strategies, providing actionable insights to the headquarters. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Retail Operation in the smartphone, consumer electronics (CE), or FMCG industries. (Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (capable of business negotiation and reporting in English). Local Expertise : Deep understanding of the Puebla retail market landscape and consumer behavior. Skills : Strong negotiation, data analysis, and team leadership skills.
