Customer Success / Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, delivering timely and high-quality support
- Provide accurate, insightful, and friendly responses regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry across various systems and platforms
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, support, or a related field
- Outstanding communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences
