We specialize in Cross-Border, Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and 4PL (Integral Logistics Management) services, helping companies optimize their integral supply chains with greater visibility, control, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site New Business Sales Executive role based in Monterrey, NLE. The New Business Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the international logistics industry. The role covers the complete commercial cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery meetings, solution development, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closing new business. The position also requires maintaining an active sales pipeline through CRM tools, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, monitoring market trends, and collaborating closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to deliver customized logistics solutions. Strong new business development and lead generation skills, including prospecting,
pipeline management, and opportunity qualification. Proven sales and business acumen, with experience managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding, with proven commercial experience selling Cross-Border (US–Mexico), Ocean Freight, and Air Freight services. Solid understanding of international logistics operations, including import/export processes, customs procedures, and multimodal transportation. Experience selling logistics solutions to manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or export-oriented companies. Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities with a consultative sales approach. Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to manage pipelines and forecasting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. Existing network within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain organizations is highly desirable. Advanced English is highly desirable due to the international nature of the business.
