About the Role
We are hiring a strong Sales Manager / Sales Team Lead to build and manage sales teams for U.S. clients.
This role is for a real sales person - someone who can sell, close, lead, train, and push a team to hit targets.
We are not looking for a basic appointment setter.
We are looking for a sharp, hungry, high-energy sales leader who knows how to speak with U.S. prospects, handle objections, close deals, and manage sales reps.
Responsibilities
• Lead full sales calls from first conversation to close
• Build, train, and manage small sales teams of 3–5 reps
• Coach reps on calls, objections, follow-ups, and closing
• Improve scripts, sales angles, and closing process
• Track KPIs, pipeline, close rate, revenue, and rep performance
• Review calls and give direct feedback
• Hold the team accountable to daily and weekly targets
• Work closely with management to improve results
Requirements
• Strong experience selling to the U.S. market
• Proven closing experience - not only appointment setting
• Strong outbound sales / phone sales experience
• Previous experience leading or managing sales reps
• Excellent spoken English
• Strong objection handling and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools, dialers, and sales reporting
• Hungry, confident, competitive, and results-driven
Major Advantage
• Experience in insurance sales, insurance leads, Medicare, life insurance, health insurance, final expense, mortgage insurance, or insurance appointment setting
• Experience managing insurance-related sales teams
• Experience selling B2B services, websites, marketing services, SaaS, eCommerce services, or other service-based offers
• Experience building sales teams from scratch
This is a full-time, long-term remote role for the right person.
