Radar Hire is seeking a high-performing and detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to help us identify and qualify top-tier offshore talent across technical, creative, and support roles. As the first point of contact for many candidates, you’ll be responsible for owning the full top-of-funnel process—crafting job listings, managing applications, conducting interviews, and delivering qualified shortlists to our clients.

This is a fast-paced role in a growing staffing firm, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, knows how to screen for talent quickly, and can juggle multiple hiring pipelines without dropping the ball.

Key Responsibilities

- Write and publish job listings that attract high-quality talent for a variety of roles
- Review inbound applications and vet candidate profiles quickly and efficiently
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate screenings to evaluate fit, communication, and skills
- Manage candidates through Radar Hire’s application pipeline and update statuses in our CRM/ATS
- Create clear, client-ready candidate shortlists with notes and recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on client requirements and idóneo candidate profiles
- Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Continuously refine sourcing and screening strategies based on role feedback and placement success

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting,



or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated experience screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Familiarity with using CRM and ATS systems to manage recruiting pipelines
- Proficient in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidate data and client relationships

Nice to Have

- Experience working in a staffing agency, BPO, or remote-first talent marketplace
- Familiarity with hiring offshore or nearshore candidates
- Background in sourcing for technical, marketing, or executive support roles
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or job board aggregators

Working Hours

- Part-Time, Monday–Friday 4 hours per day
- Aligned with U.S. business hours
