Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets across Mexico
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Promote WEGO’s product portfolio and related solutions
- Manage distributor networks and support channel partners in target markets
- Participate in public tenders and manage the full bidding process in compliance with EU procurement regulations
- Conduct market analysis, competitor bench marking, and customer insights to support strategic decisions
- Represent WEGO at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings
Qualifications
- Around 3 years of experience in medical device sales
- Strong understanding of Mexico medical procurement processes and tender systems
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new markets
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region
