We are seeking a Thermal BMS Engineer to develop and validate thermal management strategies for battery systems, ensuring safety, performance, and efficiency of EV batteries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize thermal management strategies for BMS
- Analyze battery thermal behavior (cooling, heating, heat dissipation)
- Support thermal modeling & simulation (MATLAB/Simulink / CFD tools)
- Work on temperature sensing, control logic, and protection strategies
- Perform testing & validation (lab, vehicle, or HIL)
- Analyze results and perform debugging & RCA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BMS, mechanical, system)

️ Required Skills

- Strong understanding of battery thermal management & Li-ion systems
- Experience with thermal analysis / simulation tools
- Knowledge of BMS functions (SoC, SoH, safety controls)
- Understanding of cooling systems (liquid/air cooling)
- Good analytical & troubleshooting skills
