-Lead the Mexico team and oversee all financial operations, cost accounting, and legal compliance for our manufacturing facility in Mexico. -Report to Taiwan HQ and provide the requested reports and activities related to accounting and finance fields. -Provide operational management reports for senior executives to use in decision-making. 【Job Responsibilities 工作職責】 1. Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican NIF and IFRS. 2. Cost Accounting: Responsible for standard costing, inventory management, and manufacturing variance analysis. 3. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with IMMEX program, VAT/IVA certification/refunds, and SAT requirements (CFDI 4.0). 4. Budgeting: Lead annual budgeting,
rolling forecasts, and CAPEX evaluations. 5. Internal Audit: Maintain internal control procedures and act as the primary contact for external audits. 6. HQ Liaison & Reporting: Act as the primary contact for the Taiwan HQ. Participate in YJP-HRM-Recruitment- JD- routine meetings and ensure timely submission of all financial and operational reports required by HQ. 7. Management Reporting: Prepare and analyze management reports (e.g., margin analysis, KPI tracking) to provide strategic insights for senior management's decision-making.
