We are seeking a motivated and results driven Air Operations, the position will be responsible for generating and providing a customer service experience that exceeds expectations, while fulfilling all administrative responsibilities, in order to achieve the department's profitability targets and objectives. Idóneo Candidate:Someone with previous experience of at least 3 years in Air freight operations, bachelor's degree in logistics, international relations or related field. Previous experience of Standard Air cargo, Priority, NFO, Courier, Hand Carry and Charter, export and import customs and IATA certificate (basic level + DGR) (desirable).



Key Contributions Manage airline portals for reservations, transmissions, and data modifications for cargo.Update and maintain capture systems for DQA (routes, document upload, billing), including DALAWA, ZENIX, and Logitude.Prepare reports for internal use and for clients.Send invoices to clients and share the amounts of the increments.AMACARGA transmissions.Notify WEC warehouses at AICM and AIFA of shipments arriving at AICM and AIFA airports.Monitor and follow up on operations with suppliers and clients.Ensure that the After Hours and Night Shift shifts receive the correct information about shipments.Analyze and identify possible risks in operations when managing new shipments.
