The role is based in Tlalnepantla on hybrid role. Manage the full order-to-cash cycle (order entry, confirmation, tracking, and closure in SAP). Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams. Provide regional support to LATAM strategic accounts, resolving operational issues. Monitor and align forecast changes with integral planning teams. Ensure accurate pricing, quotations, and regional price list management. Handle customer claims, billing disputes, and external non-conformities. Maintain and update master data (customers, materials, commercial conditions). Drive service excellence by ensuring on-time delivery and minimizing risks.



Bachelor’s degree completed. Proven experience in Customer Service within industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain environments. Strong SAP knowledge (order management and customer service modules preferred). Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes, logistics, and supply chain operations. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Exposure to regional/global account management in LATAM. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO or GMP. Work with strategic accounts and global cross-functional teams. High-impact role supporting revenue protection and customer satisfaction.
