Job Title: Technical Vendor Manager (TVM)Type: Freelance/ContractDuration: 6 monthsStart: JuneLocation: Mexico (Travel required across projects - Up to 50%)We're supporting a general leader in logistics, fulfilment, and automation technology in their search for a Technical Vendor Manager (TVM) to support the expansion of their fulfilment network across Mexico.This is a hands-on role focused on vendor management, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination across large-scale Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and warehouse automation projects.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end technical vendor relationships across MHE and automation projects- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution- Oversee equipment delivery schedules and supplier performance- Drive cost, quality, schedule, and process improvement initiatives- Identify and mitigate project risks, delays,



and delivery challenges- Lead technical reviews and support key project decision-making- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders- Support CAPEX project delivery across multiple sites in MexicoRequirements- Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field- Proven experience in Vendor Management, Program Management, or Engineering Project Management- Background within logistics, warehouse automation, fulfilment, manufacturing, or MHE environments- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills- Fluent English and Spanish- Comfortable travelling across Mexico (up to 50%)Desirable Experience- Automation, robotics, or material handling systems- Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies- Process improvement and operational optimisation- Multi-vendor and fast-paced project environments
