Role Title: SAP S/4 Project System and Assets AccountingEmployment Type: ContractDuration: 6 months to startPreferred Location: Monterrey, MX preferred OR Remote in MX w/ travel to MonterreyRole Description:Seeking a Sr. SAP Functional Lead/Solution Consultant to lead the SAP Asset Accounting and Project Systems workstreams.The consultant will serve as the primary SAP functional lead, partnering with business stakeholders, PMO resources, and functional coordinators to drive successful delivery of SAP PS and AA capabilities.The functional consultant will support the solution design defined by the SAP Architecture team and will be responsible for configuring, validating, and testing the approved design in SAP S/4HANA within the approved EAM Digital Product scope. The role supports the implementation of SAP Project System (PS) for investment and Asset Under Construction (AuC) processes related to EAM.Requirements:Key Responsibilities- 5-7 years of Experience- Support the defined investment and AuC design and produce the Functional Design Specification (FSD)



for SAP PS processes within scope.- Prepare and maintain SAP Functional Process Documentation, limited strictly to SAP PS processes in SAP S/4HANA.- Configure SAP FI, FI-AA, CO and PS using standard SAP functionality (Project Profiles, WBS structures, AuC profiles, settlement rules) based on the approved design.- Configure and validate investment project creation, AuC tracking, and settlement from WBS to AuC and from AuC to final fixed assets.- Document SAP PS configuration decisions through the Configuration Rationale (Client Configuration Specification - CFG).- Support functional testing (FUT/SIT) and provide UAT support for PS scenarios- Lead SAP Asset Accounting (AA) design and configuration- Lead SAP Project Systems (PS) implementation- Support SAP-Maximo integration- Lead migration planning and execution- Define data structures and asset hierarchies- Work with business stakeholders, PMO, and functional coordinators- Own SAP deliverables and timelines- Language: English and Spanish
