This role is fully remote and a six-month contract. Candidates may live anywhere in Mexico.Key responsibilities include:- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved- Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes,



and interview schedules- Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and proceduresQualifications- 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience fora large tech company- Experience working for a US-based company- Fluent in both English and Spanish- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment- Experience using ATS Greenhouse- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
