About the Company

We are seeking an experienced EDI Implementation Specialist responsible for onboarding EDI trading partners and developing seamless integrations with back-office systems. This role involves configuring trading partner profiles, coordinating onboarding activities, and supporting existing integrations. The idóneo candidate will work closely with customers such as pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and large retail chains to analyze business requirements and deliver effective EDI solutions.

About the Role

Responsibilities

- Onboard EDI trading partners and manage end-to-end integration processes
- Develop and maintain EDI integrations with back-office systems
- Configure trading partner profiles in EDI systems
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure successful implementation
- Interact with customers and third-party system teams to evaluate business processes
- Design and implement EDI solutions aligned with customer needs
- Provide consultative guidance on best practices for integration
- Support existing EDI integrations and troubleshoot issues
- Work with backend systems such as SAP and customer portals
- Conduct transaction research and analysis using internal tools
- Develop and maintain EDI maps using Sterling Integrator and related tools




- Manage communication protocols such as AS2 and SFTP
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation support
- Use JD Edwards (JDE) interfaces for transaction setup and support

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in EDI or related field

Required Skills

- Strong experience in EDI trading partner management within a distribution model
- Hands-on experience with:
- Sterling Integrator / ITXA (map development)
- Axway B2Bi (communication setup)
- Experience working with EDI transaction sets: 850, 855, 832, 810, 856
- Knowledge of X12 transaction standards and enveloping
- Working knowledge of Unix and Shell scripting
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as AS2 and SFTP
- Experience interacting with technical, business, and management stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE)
- Experience with JIRA
- Project or program management experience
- Understanding of ERP, supply chain, and third-party integrations
