Sanmina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
- Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.
- Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order.
- Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O; material issues, PPV, credit, RMA's), and business development.
- Understands Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services.
- Lead and manage complex programs from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables,



and develop detailed project plans.
- Monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues effectively.
- Communicate program status, updates, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 + years of proven experience as a Program Manager within the Metal-Mechanical.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience managing P&L;, understanding cost structures, raw material price fluctuations (Steel/Aluminum), and resolving business issues like E&O; (Excess & Obsolescence) and PPV.
- Expertise in managing the transition from design/prototype to mass production, including APQP and PPAP documentation.
- PMP certification is a plus.
