We are seeking a Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of high impact initiatives within the Generics, Pricing & Finance service category. This role will be responsible for end to end delivery of projects that enable pricing capabilities, financial transparency, operational efficiency, and emerging AI driven solutions across the Generic's portfolio.The Project Manager will operate within The client Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) framework and must be proficient in both Waterfall and Agile delivery models. This role partners closely with business, technology, finance, and AI teams to ensure projects are delivered with strong governance, financial discipline, and risk management.Project Delivery & Governance:Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure in alignment with the client Technology PPM lifecycle and gate reviewsApply Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs and stakeholder alignmentDevelop and maintain project charters, schedules, RAID logs, and value realization plansFinancial & Risk ManagementPartner with Finance and Service Area leadership to ensure cost transparency, funding approval, and alignment with portfolio prioritiesPortfolio & AI Initiative SupportSupport strategic pricing platform modernization, optimization,



and AI/automation initiatives within the Generics portfolioCollaborate with product, data, analytics, and AI engineering teams to translate strategic goals into executable delivery plansServe as the primary point of contact for cross functional stakeholders across Technology, Pricing, Finance, and OperationsFacilitate executive level status reporting, issue resolution, and decision supportBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of progressive project management experience in technology or enterprise delivery environmentsDemonstrated experience delivering programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesStrong financial management, forecasting, and risk management expertiseExperience supporting pricing, finance, supply chain, or pharmaceutical distribution domainsExposure to AI, analytics, automation, or data platform initiativesPMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (SAFe, CSM, etc.)100% remote position (Only candidates from Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara will be considered).12 month contract with strong potential for renewal.Ranked as a 2021 DiversityInc Top 50 company, a 2021 Top 10 Integral Champion for Supplier Diversity & Inclusion, a Military Friendly company for Veterans, Military Spouses & Suppliers, 2021 Staffing Industry Analyst Top 50 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Influencer to name a few.
