On-site: Merida, Mexico

Shift days, hours and time zone: Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST.

4 working days and 3 days off with possibility of a 12-hour shift with Salary Increase + bonuses and incentives.

Training shift for 2 weeks Monday to Friday 8 am to 5pm PST

This role is critical in ensuring optimal caregiver coverage while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The idóneo candidate is analytical, people-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in real time. What we're looking for are individuals who can adapt quickly, demonstrate empathy, and still maintain the drive and agility required to keep operations running smoothly in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities:

- Review caregiver preferred hours and availability using our Point-of-Care scheduling software.
- Identify open client shifts and strategically match and fill vacancies based on client needs, attributes, and caregiver preferences.
- Analyze schedules to optimize caregiver utilization, ensuring maximum coverage and continuity of care.




- Act as a liaison and business partner between caregivers, clients, and branch staff to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all parties.
- Communicate any schedule changes, incidents, or client complaints to the branch team promptly and in real time.
- Provide ongoing feedback to branch staff regarding caregiver performance, attendance, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all documentation and communication are accurate, detailed, thorough, and completed in a timely manner.
- Handle inbound calls as needed to support the customer service team.

Qualifications:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a healthcare role or customer service.
- Level of study required: High School Diploma
- C1 English level.
- Hospitality Experience in home care or home health is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
- High level of empathy combined with the resilience and assertiveness required in a dynamic operation.
