We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Generative AI (GAI) Presales Consultant with strong expertise in the latest generative AI technologies, voicebots, and chatbots. The idóneo candidate will play a critical role in understanding customer requirements, designing tailored AI solutions, and driving collaboration across internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for a series of pre-sales work for overseas projects, including business research, market analysis and solution design; Cooperate with sales/BD to expand the market.

2. Responsible for developing general and case-by-case solutions for the governments, banks, and other financial institutions, including consulting solutions, bidding proposals, and other related materials.

3. Participate in the preliminary stages of projects, conduct market research and business value mining,



understand the clients’ needs and participate in business model design; Communicate with clients and cooperate with product/delivery teams to ensure the deliver.

4. Quickly learning and master professional industry knowledge in the corresponding field.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields, with at least 5 years work experience in big data risk management pre-sales or risk system consulting;

2. At least 10 years of work experience; Hands-on experience with voicebots and chatbots and it's application;

3.Strong knowledge of generative AI technologies, including large language models;

4.Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), speech-to-text (STT), and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies;

5. Proficient oral English, Spanish, Chinese native speaker;

6. Strong communication skills, good adaptability, positive pressure handling and excellent teamwork abilities;

7. Adapt to short-term business trips.
