We are searching the best talent for **Workforce Administrator Union I (Fixed Term) **to be in **Juárez**, Mx.
**Purpose**
- Partners with the Human Resources, supervisors and managers to accomplish staffing level goals for a select group of union positions.
- Provide recruiting services for union new hires and union promotion for Juarez Campus.
**Main Responsibilities**
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Collaborate with recruiting planes, create and deliver strategies to fulfill union positions
- Identify and share best practices for recruiting processes for union employees in Juarez Campus
- Maintain a closely communication with Union Committee and ER/RL
- Keep a closely communication with Hiring Managers ensuring the needed skills for indirect positions
- Responsible of the internal indirect positions posting
- Generate the required internal movements for Union promotions in Juarez Campus
- Coordinate and process the weekly level / Salary change for Union Employees applicable for Salvarcar site
- Coordinate with GHS (Integral Health Services) for any require medical examination in new hires and promotions processes
- Integrate new employees file and deliver it to the local R&O; according with the New Hire DTP
- Responsible to elaborate metrics and reports of the recruiting processes (Juarez Campus)
- Support in special projects to obtain department goals
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
**Qualifications**
- University/Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in recruiting
- Knowledge of manufacturing environment (field) preferred
- English level: Intermediate or Advanced
