ABOUT THE POSITION The Supply Chain manager is in charge of ensure the reception and inspection of all components, manage the warehouses, provide parts for assembly line, expedite the products to the customer, supervise the transportations.RESPONSIBILITES- Ensure the reception of components by checking administrative and qualitative conformity.
- Manage the components locations within warehouse.
- Prepare and provide the kits to assembly line according to the production planning.
- Manage and provide the fasteners, hardware and products in edge of assembly line (self service storage).
- Manage the missing components.
- Ensure the FIFO process for in and out stock movement.
- Manage and decide in case of particular events (reintegration, inventory inspection, quality gaps, loss of traceability, emergency, etc ...).
- Communicate by appropriate file to IMMEX team.
- Ensure periodical inventory and reliability of stocks.
- Lead and manage the teams.
- Ensure the proper application of internal's Latecoere procedures.
- Respect the internals rules (comportment,
security and safety rules).
- Define and follow up the actions necessary to reach the objectives given by his responsible.
- Guarantee continuous service delivery and quality improvement and Lean practice.
- Define the KPIs needed to manage the area and ensure the necessary follow-up and action plan.
- Go down the KPIs defined for the team and ensure the necessary follow-up and action plan.REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's Degree- At least 10 years' experience in industry- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP- Managerial, verbal and written communication skills- Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship- Confident with Excel and Word- Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)- Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift)- Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem- Advanced English- Knowledge of logistic, MRP processes and rules
