Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Tax business teams and/or KPMG clients to identify and analyze business needs, provide solutions and be able to pros & cons of each approach and estimates with the stakeholders.




- Develop innovative approaches leveraging Power Platform & Microsoft 365 technologies (see the section below on required skills)
- Learn and acquire new skill set(s) as needed to create business solutions and keep abreast of latest tech trends with special focus on Power Platform & Microsoft 365 technologies
- Demonstrate quality service mindset, strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, quantitative & analytical skills
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, multi-task, reprioritize and follow up with questions, solutions, or suggestions

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience developing Power Platform & Microsoft 365 technologies solutions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills,
- Problem solving and solutioning skills – must be able to articulate different approaches to solving a problem with pros & cons to each.
- Time management and leadership skills, flexible and adaptable team player; and
