and communicate decisions to all stakeholders as necessary and be the point of escalation for conflicts that have the potential to be severely detrimental to team/customer/companyMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field• Scrum Master role with 5 years of recent experience in the scrum master role• Excellent understanding of Agile Principles• Excellent knowledge of Scrum Techniques and artifacts (DOD, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)• Outstanding organizational skills• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills• Problem-solving and conflict resolution• Application development projects in the cloud• Hands-on in defining the process for both Kanban and Scrum in JIRA• Domain knowledge with Ecommerce/Online Sales• Experience with Service Now Demand ManagementOur commitment to excellent customer service is just part of our story.
