Role OverviewAgile Product Management Advisor in IBM Consulting’s Client Innovation Center, supporting Pharmacy industry clients worldwide. Scope includes defining system features, validating work, and steering the Software Engineering Excellence teams through product vision, roadmap, and portfolio risk management across PBS and Pharmacy areas.Responsibilities- Produce clear, user‑story‑ready requirements, building a backlog depth of at least 1.5–2 sprints.- Develop deep product knowledge for the assigned product area.- Establish positive working relationships with clients, stakeholders and peers.- Drive discussions to elaborate process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria and success criteria.- Manage product goals and metrics to ensure on‑time delivery.- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlog of user stories and maintain product roadmaps (weekly).- Coordinate with Delivery Manager on delivery timelines for planned work.- Influence and present detailed status of assigned product initiatives to external client representatives.- Work confidently with Scrum teams and BPOs to review and prioritize targeted roadmap efforts.- Support stakeholders in preparing and aligning objectives for quarterly planning, including decomposition of program epics and confirming timelines with dependent teams.Qualifications- 7–9 years overall IT experience, with industry experience in Pharmacy.- Agile experience, preferably SAFe certified.- Experience with JIRA/Jira Align.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Data‑driven negotiation skills for difficult discussions.- Strong stakeholder relationship management.- Advanced English proficiency.- Bachelor’s degree (required) or equivalent.IBM is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
