As Process & Zero-Touch Expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for regional and global organizations, independently managing all operational requirements and ensuring strict compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). What you’ll do will be strategic, focusing on the design and implementation of innovative processes related to automation on a global scale, while leading collaboration with external vendors.
