We’re seeking a skilled professional with a strong functional background and technical foundation to support BTP. The role focuses on minimizing support times and reducing dependency on external vendors by effectively managing and resolving technical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leverage functional and technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with vendors during technical transitions to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation to support ongoing system stability and knowledge sharing.
- Work proactively to identify potential technical challenges and implement preventive measures.
- Proficient in SQL, phyton; familiar with data warehousing, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Clear understanding of basic technical cloud terms such as Multi-Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing Strong functional understanding BTP platforms.
- Proven technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
- Experience working with external suppliers and managing technical transitions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Project Management & Interpersonal Skills**
- Document data pipelines and processes.
- Work closely with SAP COE and functional team to ensure solutions are properly integrated
- Build and maintain relationships with SAP COE Team, functional Team and IT colleagues to meet customer service goals.
- Share responsibility with the team for timely delivery and effective collaboration.
- Communicate ideas clearly to colleagues with varying technical knowledge.
