**What will you be doing?
**:
- **Payroll Incidents**:
- Invoicing on time
.Review invoicing items (commissions, PTOs, vacations, FTE ´s, OT)
- **Commissions management**:
- Submit the requisition in Insightly and send it.
- Assign IT Packet/setup
- Rate
- Confirm Layout for new hire
- **Employee changes registration (shift, modality, job position, salary, benefits, client)**:
.Advocate on behalf of the client within the Rapido organization.
- Ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are prioritized in alignment with Rapido internal processes and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to review client feedback and insights.
- Use this feedback to drive continuous improvement of processes, services, and overall client experience.
- Keep the client updated on a regular basis on the engagement and overall wellbeing of the team.
- **HR Incidences Reports and PIPs**:
Monthly meeting with the client to review performance, issues, future projects, change management.
- Present reports and dashboards to analyze growth,
retention, overtime, PTOs, KPIs, commissions and career path opportunities.
- **New Hire Onboading**:
- Provide quartely report with the employee's engagement survey results.
- Creation of the Q action plans.
- Identify potential issues early and collect success cases.
- Take proactive measures and strategies to ensure customer success and decrease churn.
- **1on1s**:
- Train the client on Rapido Internal Processes (Client Playbook).
- Ensure every new POC is trained.
- Provide clients with training and resources to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Rapido services and tools.

**Requirements**:
- Fluent English Skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
