Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to interact with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications

- 2 years of business development or new business sales experience.
- Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
- Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution.
- Experience with the zero-to-one process: identifying prospects, managing the funnel, and securing the win.
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.

Google’s New Business Sales (NBS) team is a group of highly skilled professionals whose focus is on engaging and obtaining high potential advertisers, and subsequently, persuading them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products (YouTube, Google Ads, and the Google Display Network) into their current marketing strategies. Responsibilities





- Manage the whole business cycle for new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship after closure to ensure customer satisfaction, performance, and upsell opportunities.
- Prospect and build a pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, and Marketing teams.
- Acquire high‑touch, high‑value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
- Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions – YouTube, Google Search, Shopping, Google Display Network, and App Promotion.
- Deliver consistently against goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers.
