Your Tasks

Role Purpose: Lead the execution of company innovations and strategic initiatives at the point of sale, ensuring their effective implementation and maximizing impact on shopper experience, brand visibility and business performance.

Act as a strategic link between Marketing, Shopper & Consumer Marketing, Key Accounts and Sales teams to ensure strong alignment and flawless in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities
n
- Innovation & Initiative Deployment
n
Lead the end-to-end deployment of product innovations and commercial initiatives across channels.
n
Ensure timely, consistent and high-quality execution of strategic priorities at point of sale.
n
Translate central strategies into actionable and channel-relevant activation plans.
n
Identify risks and opportunities during rollout, ensuring agile adjustments to maximize impact.
n
- In-Store Excellence & Execution
n
Define and implement best-in-class activation standards to drive visibility, availability and conversion.
n
Partner with Sales teams to ensure execution excellence aligned with Perfect Store principles.
n
Oversee field implementation, ensuring compliance with defined guidelines and KPIs.
n
Continuously optimize execution models based on performance insights.
n
- Cross-Functional Leadership
n
Act as the key interface between Shopper & Consumer Marketing, Marketing, Key Accounts and Sales teams.
n
Ensure alignment between brand strategies, shopper insights and in-store execution.
n
Collaborate with Key Accounts to tailor initiatives to customer-specific needs and opportunities.
n
Drive alignment and engagement with Sales teams to secure effective execution in the field.
n

Define, track and analyze KPIs related to activation performance (sell-out, execution metrics, ROI, etc.).
n
Generate actionable insights to improve effectiveness and scalability of initiatives.
n
Provide structured feedback to cross-functional teams to refine future strategies and executions.
n
Promote a test-and-learn mindset to continuously enhance in-store activation impact.
n
Your Profile
n
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
n
At least 5 years of combined experience in Sales and/or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing areas
n
Experience in customer or channel management (directly)
n
In-depth knowledge of Walmart and multi-channel experience preferred
n
Strong commercial and leadership skills.
n
Financial Analysis skills required
n
Stakeholder management in a matrix organization
n
Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict within a network of stakeholders and internal/external customers
n
Proven experience of matching brand strategies and channel strategies, and translating it into execution
n
Strategic thinking with strong executional focus
n
Innovation management and project leadership
n
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
n
Results-driven mindset with high accountability
n
Deep understanding of shopper behavior and retail environment
n
Analytical capability and data-driven decision making
